Another FIR has been registered against the religious leader, Kalicharan Maharaj, in Raipur for using derogatory words against Mahatma Gandhi. He hailed Nathuram Godse for killing Mahatma Gandhi during a speech at Dharma Sansad. It was held in Chhattisgarh’s Raipur. He said, "I salute Nathuram Godse that he killed Gandhi." He also blamed Gandhi for the division of India. There was an uproar at the Dharma Sansad after his statement. Bhupesh Baghel, the Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, assured his arrest.
