Former Senate President Tito Sotton was thinking of retirement following his loss in the vice presidential race in 2022.
Sotto tells INQside Look: “Things took a turn when I got some ideas… Watching what was transpiring in government, in the Senate, even in the House, I decided to go back and ask the people to bring me back to the Senate.”
