instant Goli idli recipe- no soda, no fermentation and grinding..
Idli is almost everyone's favourite meal whether be it breakfast ,lunch ,snacking or dinner....
It's soft ,fluffy and delicious ..
These idlis are so versatile that you can try different flavours and tastes with it.
goes well with South Indian tomato chutney..😋😋

ingredients -
1 cup water
1 cup rice flour
1 spoon Ghee
salt to taste
for tadka
1 spoon oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp Jeera
pinch of hing
1tsp urad daal
few Curry leaves
1 dry red chilli
method-
heat 1 cup boil in a pan add Ghee and salt and bring it to boil.
add 1 cup rice flour, mix everything well on low flame.
combine well and switch off the flame.
transfer this rice mixture into a bowl.
kneed to make soft dough.
cover and keep a side for five minutes.
now grease your hand and make small size bolls.
steam balls for 10 minutes.
for tadka-
heat oil in pan
add mustard seeds, Jeera, hing dry red chilli, curry leaves and urad daal.
add steamed boll and saute well.
cover and cook for a minute.
switch off the flame.
serve hot with chutney..
