A Short movie by name "HLD" shot in the night totally with the help of street lights and it's based on real incident. Please read below details to know how this all started ...

There was a 7minutes short film competition in my brother's office, he wanted to participate and we had very less time to shoot, edit and sumbit the movie.

we wanted to choose a concept which is realistic, movie is based on a mix of real incidents which happened in banglore and summarized with a 7minutes movie by name "HLD - His Last Dream" --'Two people going for a jolly ride with out following any rules and regulations, ending up into a military area and what happened to be their fate.'

We wanted to shoot this movie with all the legal permissions as we will be shooting with casts carrying guns on roads in few incidents and some chasing sceens. Hence we went to Police Commissioner office, Traffic Police Commissioner of few divisions to get permission.

After finishing our working hours in office @ 6.30PM, we went to shop for all the things that are needed for the shoot like traffic police dresses, hiring vehicle, toy guns, and many small small things and started shooting @ 11.00 PM till morning 7.30AM with few hours break in the night, interrupted by few polices inspite of having permission, encouraged by Hoysala polices during night and finally completed shooting and went to office @ 10AM.

Next day we started movie editing all the night, voice editing and many things like this,lack of time few music tunes (3) are arranged by taking from other movies and rest are composed. Finally presented the movie for competition @ my brothers office and by god's grace it was voted, appreciated by many of the employees and for all our dedicated efforts paid with a First Praise for the movie.

Last but not least i need to thank all the cast & crew [Prabhu L[he is good bike rider,does good stunts like wheeling and so on], Prathap], my friends with out whom this would't have been possible ... especially Prabhu S R [he will be one of the best future music director, i wish him all the best], andy, felix, PH Rane [DCP West Division] and my family members.

I still feel there are many things which were missing and would have been done much better with better planning, but this is how opportunity comes and we should be prepared and its a lesson learnt.

Yet we have few short movies to shoot and make it bigger.

I am eagerly waiting for an opportunity to work as an assistant director under Film Directors to learn many things and achieve my dream goal to be a good director inspite of me already being a software engineer in a reputed company as per my parents wish.
