The Coming Counterfeit and the Great Deception, how Satan copies God
What is counterfeit? According to Webster's 1828 dictionary, a counterfeit is one who tries to forge; to copy or imitate, without authority or right. I will challenge in this study your view of evil. Let us begin in Isaiah 14, where we see the start of evil, the FIVE I will's of Lucifer in his quest to be like the most high. In this passage of Scripture, we see FIVE mentions of how Lucifer will copy God. Let us look at Isaiah and see into the plan of the great deceiver:
(Isaiah 14:12-14) "How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! {13} For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: {14} I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High."
Satan plans to set up a counterfeit religion that has a form of godliness but lacks power. 2 Timothy 3:5 states eighteen things of the last days that those who are lost will do. At the end of the list, it states they will have a form of godliness, but deny the power thereof, from such turn away. Having a form of godliness in these lost individuals and how they mimic true Christianity is also found in 1 John 2:18-19:
"Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. {19} They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us." (1 John 2:18-19)
How will these antichrist figures act, the same as the true church minus one very important element, a relationship with the True God. Consider the following:
(Matthew 7:22-23) "{22} Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? {23} And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity."
I will now reveal out of Scripture how the Devil counterfeits the Almighty God.

I will leave you with this one thought. Consider the one action performed by Christ that revealed His power to save the soul. The four Gospels are full of miracles that record the healing of the Saviour Jesus Christ. Why did he heal? To show his ability to heal the soul by evidence of healing the body. The antichrist will copy this just like he has everything else, as seen in this video. He will attempt counterfeit healing to deceive mankind into thinking he is the saviour of the world. Why do I say such a statement? Because of the evidence of all the ways Satan has counterfeited God in the past. With this in mind, could this sickness the world is experiencing be setting the stage for the grand and final deception to hit mankind, preparation for a man to come that promises healing and deliverance for the world, and could the mark be tied to this false healing?
