For this IoT-based ESP32 CAM project, You don't have to connect with the same WiFi network. If the ESP32-CAM is connected to WiFi, you can get the photos from anywhere in the world on Telegram App.
During this video, I made the circuit on zero PCB using the PCB layout, and also shared the PIR motion activated camera circuit and source code.
During the ESP32-CAM tutorial video, I covered the following topics:
00:53 Quick demo on IoT based motion camera using ESP32CAM.
02:10 Required components for this ESP32-CAM IoT project.
02:16 Circuit diagram of the ESP32 CAM PIR motion camera.
03:29 How to make the IoT-based motion camera on Zero PCB.
04:58 How to set up Telegram, create BOT, & generate the token.
06:09 Source code for the ESP32CAM motion detector camera.
07:37 PIR motion sensor security camera connection.
Required components for the non-contact liquid level sensor.

Important points:
1. Turn on the switch S1 before programming the ESP32 CAM.
2. After programming turn off S1 and reset the ESP32CAM.
3. If the motion sensor is ON, it will keep on sending photos if PIR detects any motion.
4. ESP32-CAM must be connected with WiFi.
5. You don't have to connect to the same WiFi network to receive photos.
7. You can also add an external antenna with ESP32CAM.
8. Please watch the complete video, otherwise you may face some issues.
**Please take proper safety precautions while working with high voltages.
This IoT-based ESP32 CAM project can be used as an outdoor motion sensor security camera. In the tutorial video, I explained how to create BOT on Telegram to get pictures from ESP32CAM. You can also turn ON and OFF an AC lamp from the Telegram app.
If you face any issues please let me know in the comment section.
