Kampala has been known to be congested and disorganized and this was because of street vendors who operated business beside roads.
January and the last months of 2021 is when the Kampala City authority begun to put the smart City plan into action.

This is evident with construction of new roads. with the Kampala fly over being one of the big projects in the plan.
