During the 2020 GREEN4SEA Athens Forum, Mr. Mikael Laurin, CEO, Lean Marine Sweden AB, highlighted the most important points to consider on improving vessel operations. The presentation was based on his experience from 13 years of acting as CEO for a tanker operator and covered the operational process from planning a voyage to execution and follow-up.
