READ Carefully: First of all, I have NEVER bought diamonds illegally (something like a stolen credit card or after buying diamonds then immediately make a refund, etc.)
I contacted Customer Service (CS) Mobile Legends in the game and asked why my account could be subject to a diamond reduction penalty? CS replied that I had made a refund. What? I've never done that. I ask for proof of violation by asking the exact invoice number that allegedly did the refund? and they did not give it.
Then I remembered that I had recharged 6K diamonds with Gift Cards from the Canadian region (cheaper than prices in Indonesia) in early December 2019 ago.
I suspect here is the problem; "Using the price difference" between regions on Apple ID.
Gift Card sellers have also been contacted, and they are also quite responsible for replacing half of the total minus diamonds.
This is certainly a valuable lesson for me. Hopefully you guys don't experience it.

Pertama-tama, Saya tidak pernah membeli diamond dengan cara ilegal (seperti dengan kartu kredit curian atau setelah membeli diamonds kemudian langsung melakukan refund, etc.)
Saya menghubungi Customer Service (CS) Mobile Legends di dalam game dan menanyakan mengapa akunku bisa terkena hukuman pengurangan diamond? CS menjawab bahwa saya telah melakukan refund. Apa? Aku tidak pernah melakukan itu. Aku meminta bukti pelanggaran dengan menanyakan nomor faktur berapa tepatnya yang diduga telah melakukan refund tersebut? dan mereka tidak memberikannya.
Kemudian aku teringat bahwa pernah recharge 6K diamonds dengan Gift Card dari region Canada (lebih murah dari harga di Indonesia) di awal Desember 2019 silam.
Aku menduga di sini lah permasalahannya; "Menggunakan selisih harga" antar region di Apple ID.
Penjual Gift Card juga sudah dihubungi, dan mereka juga cukup bertanggung jawab dengan ikut menganti setengah dari total diamonds yang minus.
Ini tentu menjadi pelajaran berharga bagiku. Semoga kalian tidak mengalaminya.
