This is a video showing my 375lb Anderson front squat performed to an above parallel depth. The Anderson squat is a concentric starting pin squat. I am specifically using this lift to build leg drive and core strength for my sumo deadlift. Prior to some light pin front squats to parallel and my ramp up sets for this lift, I performed 4 sets each of leg extensions and roman chair hip extensions. After this top single, I performed 4 more sets of roman chair hip extensions which were supersetted with bodyweight trunk extensions.
