The film crew of the Combat Approved conducted an experiment, which showed the off-road performance of BMP-3 in loose snow. It took the tractor driver more than an hour to bury the vehicle in the snow. The tractor's bucket scraped everything up to the ground and covered the BMP-3 completely, leaving a two-meter high, multi-tonnage snowdrift. The experiment was a success - the car got out with ease.
