MULTI-PURPOSE DOUGH
☑️Ingredients
1 whole egg [60 grams]
3 tbsp sugar [38 grams]
2 tsp instant yeast [6 grams]
1 cup milk [240 ml] (i used fresh milk)
1/4 cup veg. oil [60 ml] (or melted unsalted butter)
3 cups all purpose flour [405 grams]
1/2 tsp salt
✴️Do the way you want the dough to be kneaded whether by hand or by mixer.
The bread's softness can last up to 2-4 days if stored properly at room temp.
I just made 3 samples of bread (loaf/dinner rolls/doughnuts) using this dough recipe & there's a lot more that can be made with this like;
✔️Hotdog/sausage / burger Buns or any buns
✔️Pizza crust
✔️ Pandesal
✔️Ensaymada
✔️ Spanish Bread
✔️Any Bread Rolls (ex. cinnamon, cheese, dinner rolls, etc.)
