I am here taking a brief test ride on this V Strom 1050XT and comparing it with the Triumph Tiger 900GT and the Ducati 950S. I am 5'5" / 165cm tall, 30 inch /760mm inseam and weigh 63 kg /139lbs. I found this bike just about manageable (with my boots with nearly an inch on the heels) given it's 33.5 inch seat height and weight of 247 kg.
