Isolation coats really are great for your acrylic paintings. Yes, it can be a little bit scary to apply. But with a little planning everything can go off smoothly!
In this video I talk about what isolation coats are, why you would use them on your acrylic paintings, and how I apply them to get the most consistent results with the least amount of worry :)
I'll then apply it to my newest Nightmare Before Christmas painting for Disney Fine Art - "The Forest".
I'm using @GoldenPaints for the acrylic paint and isolation coat in this painting.
