The Impact Position with Hank Haney and Mark O'Meara

Mark O'Meara: Y'know Hank, we've come to the moment of truth; the impact position.
Hank Haney: Oh you're exactly right. That is the moment of truth, because everything you do in the golf swing is to achieve a good impact position. And the most common mistake that amateurs make is when they come into the golf ball their hands break down and it gives them the tendency to also keep the club-face open.
Mark O'Meara: Right.
Hank Haney: And with the Medicus, you can really feel a solid impact position like you have when you come to the ball.
Mark O'Meara: Right.
Hank Haney: Why don't you show us?
O'Meara: Ok. So in other words, when we're coming to the ball what I am trying to feel is letting the golf club really try to feel the back of my left-hand square. I am not throwing it with my right-hand and I'm not hanging on too much, otherwise the Medicus doesn't maintain its proper positions. I'm just gonna try and square the back of my left-hand up as I'm coming in to impact. Perfect.
Hank Haney: That was good solid impact. So everything was right at the ball at the right time.
Mark O'Meara: This Medicus Driver is unbelievable.
