hi i'm edward tamayo i'm a set dresser
based in los angeles
before covet happened we were working in
the mortgage rates were super low i was
trying to refinance my house to get a
lower rate and all of a sudden code
covet hit and
work was out well when you don't work
you can't get a mortgage
uh or a refi loan i went into a lot of
credit card debt because there was no
work
so at the end of the six months now i've
got piles of credit card debt i go back
to work
and i want to get started over again
trying to get a refi at a low rate well
guess what they're not going to give me
a loan because i've been off work for
six months
so they're like sorry you're not making

we need you to qualify i'm like yeah but
it was covered it's not my fault they're
like yeah well sucks to be you i was
trying to find a way to pay off these

no options no decent options but i got
