I get a lot of comments from my other review videos on the Blue Diamond Ceramic pans. They are saying stuff sticks in this pan. Any pan will stick if you have the heat too high and don’t use oil. This pan has held up great so far after a year of use.
I purposely tried to take it rough on this pan. I stack it with other pans inside of it when storing. It’s been washed in the dishwasher.
The only negative I do not like is the hollow handle as it conducts heat. Otherwise, it has been great.
I can start to see some chipping on the top edges. I do not think this pan will last for 5 or 10 years. If treated well it may though.
Make sure not to use metal utensils as with any coated pan! Use lower heat unless you searing meat. I would use cast iron for that anyways.
