This is a video demonstrating choledochoduodenostomy in a female patient with multiple common bile duct stones and dilated CBD. The Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, or ERCP was attempted in this patients but the stones being so big, it was not possible to extract them by endoscopy. It was decided to do open cholecystectomy with CBD exploration with choledochoduodenostomy. The steps of the procedure are described with systematic approach to the surgery.
