ingredients:
green amaranth leaves
salted eggs
century eggs
garlic
seasonings:
chicken broth
salted egg white
Procedure on how I cook the green amaranth leaves.
1. heat oil in a pan saute the garlic until a little bit brown in colour
2.add the the salted egg yolk and century egg.
3. pour some chicken broth let it boil
4.add the green amaranth stem and let it cook for a while alteast 3 minutes
5.after 3 minutes add the green amaranth leaves and cover the pan up to 3 minutes.
6.and lastly add the salted egg white a little bit because if you put all it too salty simmer for a while and there you have eat enjoy eating
