Due to lack of space, on the one hand, and due to lack of skilled workers, on the other hand Philipp Hadler, Christian Worst and Annika Worst have outsourced their production and have founded the EAT GmbH.
They have found the solution in the cook-and-freeze method. After portioning and rapid freezing, the dishes are then delivered to the customers completely frozen, and only have to be heated up.
For the portioning and depositing of the dishes, they use the Handtmann vacuum filler. Everything is portioned and filled to perfection with the Handtmann vacuum filler.
