Our first time scalloping in the Gulf near Steinhatchee, Florida. The scallops are bigger than what we’re used to collecting in St. Joe Bay. The water is more tannic so the scallops are more orangey in color. Great time with longtime friend Jon Kitchen who took me and Denise out on his boat.
