You only need to add water 2 times during the 2 weeks of growing, because the paper could suck water from lower tray and keep upper tray damp.
Soak peas for 12-24 hours, change water every 8 hours. Then spread on upper tray. Leave them under room light for 5-7 days, then under sunlight or LED lights for 5-7 days.
You only need to add water every 4-6 days when the lower tray dry out.
