Cloud's new costume is the Locke's Outfit which boost physical and magical defense 15% along with Physical Ability Mastery
Cloud's new weapon is Locke's Sword which does up to 1010% Physical non-elemental damage and boosts Fire, Ice and Lightning Damage from Mid to High at OB6.
Aerith's new ultimate weapon is the princess guard which will also be featured on this banner which does jubilation and has boost heal and regen boost. It's a very powerful weapon for her!
