It's time to get started on those new threats! First I go to Lucrecia's cave, since you need to fight a few battles before you can go back and fight her. Then I head to Rocket Town to do Cid's side quest. He's got a boy (a long lost son?) living at his house and he's been making some machines that go savage.

First out is the Super Saver System. Nothing difficult, but watch out for statuses. Next is the Love Buster, which is even easier, but keep in mind that these battles are available much sooner, so I'm really overleveled for them. Love Buster will only show up inside if you save and then load up. Was the Super Saver System supposed to show up inside too?

The real threat is the dragon, Snuffles Mark II. He's got some really nasty attacks, like Drake Salvo, which is based on Highwind. This one can absolutely destroy you if you aren't prepared for it. Thankfully, his attack pattern is completely fixed, so that you will know exactly when it comes. After a while, he starts a countdown to Reactor Meltdown, and if you don't defeat him before that countdown reaches zero... you'll see in a blooper video tomorrow.
