In this adventure, I take Pwddles, my Mercedes G wagon off road to drive the Mojave Road across California.
This historic road spans roughly 150 miles to the Arizona border. Join me as I travel through a very windy desert, cross the Mojave River, and marvel at Afton Canyon, the Grand Canyon of the Mojave!
After Afton Canyon, the desert landscape opens up as we travel to our next stop, Travelers Monument in Soda Lake.
After a brief stop and having learned something special, we detour around Soda Lake to make camp. But not everything goes smoothly in the Mojave Desert as the G wagon has something to say about it...
