This video is taken from our customer, BS-D10 Copper Wire Granulator Machine is an excellent scrap copper wire recycling machine with a processing capacity of 100kg/h. Waste copper cables can be separated into pure copper particles & plastic particles with 100% separation rate.

Operation steps:
Step 1: Feeding scrap cable into feeding holes and make them crush to small pieces by crusher.
Step 2: Using the principle of copper and plastic's different densities.
Separate the scrap cable granules by airflow and gravity, it is the most important part of separating process.
Step 3: Mixed cables are separated again by vibrating table.
Step 4: Finally, at the end of the recycling process, you will get pure copper and pure plastic, which are collected separately at the copper and plastic outlets.
