DIFFERENCES to a standard px engine? samesame! just:
1) work: shortening primary shaft 1,5mm &
2) work: cutting kickstarter stop rubber (pk type & just one)
3) hardware: special BFA kickstarter needed, just 0,3mm tolerance screw vs case
(rest of gerabox is exactly the same as px)
4) sadly reworking the sloppy case finishing as the XMAX tree does have too little tolerance (0,2/0,5mm) why would you not ensure proper machining at the most expensive vespa engine (case)? no one knows... finishing by costumer is the way forward.

whats up with the CLUTCH BASKET? heard and saw baskets eaten by linings within a few 100km like in good old cosa clutch times. sip doesnt provide a replacement basket and didnt exchange it so a vespa mate did a small series with high quality steel (2,7x heavier) & i was lucky to get 2 pieces :) pics of damaged basket on the fb page.
BEARING AS PRESSURE PLATE: its the cheap solution with a standard bearing (as a special bearing is very expensive), as soon as it turns, the usage like this is ok, it can take it BUT not when clutch is not turning then it will get damaged. info from SKF directly.
