Here is a 15 minute guided meditation for relaxing and connecting to your soul:
Get into a comfortable seated position, either on the floor or in a chair. Close your eyes and start to deepen your breath. Breathe in deeply through your nose, feeling your belly rise. As you exhale out through your mouth, feel your body sink deeper into the floor or chair.
Continue breathing deeply for a few minutes, letting any thoughts in your mind gently drift away as you focus on the sensation of breathing.
