Today's short, 26 minute yin yoga practice begins with a seated metta meditation. Grab your bolster or pillows so you can hang out comfortably in supported fish, twisted deer and supported butterfly. Physically, we are targeting the spine, chest, shoulders, adductors, quads, IT band, and TFL. Energetically, we are stimulating some of the gall bladder, liver, kidney, urinary bladder, stomach, and spleen meridians.
