The Tojiro DP Gyuto review (Fujitora),
In this video, I'm reviewing the Tojiro DP Gyuto knife, also called Fujitora in Japan. The Tojiro Gyuto used in this video is a 210mm (8.2 inches) knife. This one is $77 on Amazon, the Tojiro Gyuto of 180mm (7.1 inches) is around $60 to $70 on Amazon.

The Tojiro Gyuto is better than a Zwilling, Wusthof, and Global knives in edge retention and sharpness. However, it is not as durable since VG10 steel is brittle and prone to chipping if misused.
If you can find the 180mm (7.1 inches) for around $60 to $70, including shipping, I highly recommend this knife.
The Tojiro Gyuto 210mm for $75 to $85 is an absolute steal.

If you find the Tojiro knives above the mentioned price, it is better to look further for other Japanese brands. The Tojiro or Fujitora is mainly interesting because of its cheap price tag.
Unfortunately for European customers, you won't find this knife for the same price as in America or Japan. You will absolutely have to pay a premium of a minimal $120 for the 180mm that costs around $60 in America and Japan.
