Sky News has found out that a shortage of aircraft has left almost a third of Britain's dedicated airborne force unqualified in parachuting. Budget cuts and the demand for transport planes in Afghanistan has meant that many airmen may not actually be allowed to jump into battle. Our defence correspondent Geoff Meade reports.
