Topic: This study presents the results for mapping between the Phenotypic Abnormalities of HPO and SNOMED CT, using a manual lexical/logical technique. In summary 45% of HPO terms had a direct map to SNOMED, and 50% could be mapped using either an expression or a local parent in the findings hierarchy.
