Vasco police arrested two persons in connection with the theft of a scooter. Police Inspector Nolasco Raposo informed that the accused Vishal Dessai and Nitin Kumbharjuvekar were involved in stealing a Jupiter scooter from Dabolim last month. Raposo added that the accused re-painted and sold the scooter on OLX.  The accused Vishal Dessai was arrested while taking installments from the customer on Wednesday night while Nitin was arrested a day later.
