On January 8, Wisconsin Health News hosted a panel to discuss the legal and health issues around marijuana and CBD and the future in the state. One of the panelists, Dr. Mike Miller from the American Board of Addiction Medicine, discussed the controversy of the benefits of CBD oil based on lack of regulation. "If you say it's CBD, it doesn't have to contain anything. It might contain 0.1 percent of CBD or 100 percent CBD, you have no idea how much CBD you're getting. Not only that, if you get CBD, what did you get?" Dr. Miller said.
