Deputy President, William Ruto says the Jubilee Party's leadership will work with candidates who won in the Jubilee Party Primaries. He spoke in Nandi days after Jubilee Party nominees signalled that they would not work with independent candidates who lost in the nominations and who backed the re-election of the Uhuruto duo.

The DP is on a meet the people tour a day before President Uhuru Kenyatta tours sections of the North-Rift.
