More than 100,000 people have been forced from their homes as fighting between Mali government forces and Tuareg rebels rages on.
In what has been described as the worst crisis in Mali for 20 years, about a quarter of the country's refugee population have fled to neighbouring Niger.
Most are in a refugee camp less than a kilometre from the border.
