There are endless debates about whether aesthetic injectors should aspirate; which filler is the safest; and which angle and depth we should inject at. Some practitioners swear by certain techniques. Others shun them.
But, as Dr Tim explains in this week's Aesthetics Mastery Show, the truth is more complex, which means we must think *probabilistically* if we're going to keep our patients safe.
With this in mind, Dr Tim tackles common questions like: does aspirating work? Can we rely on common anatomy patterns to inject safely? Which type of filler reduces the risk of blindness? Is it safe to decant filler into BD syringes? How deep should you inject botulinum toxin?
And, as a bonus, he shares with us how he has learnt to inject mindfully!

Here are the results of Dr Tim's aspirating experiment where he tested whether or not different filler brands aspirated by having his own brachial vein injected! [ Ссылка ]
Hope that helps.
