Israel's heaviest snowstorm in 20 years has blanketed Jerusalem, bringing the city to a standstill. Buses in the capital have been cancelled and schools shut, whilst the harsh winter conditions have also closed off a number of surrounding roads. But many made the best of the snowy situation including President Shimon Peres.
