Thanksgiving is a week away, and no Thanksgiving is complete without the customary pumpkin pie! With this recipe, you can serve your guests a delicious dessert, whether they follow a low carb diet or not.
The recipe is just:
3 eggs;
15 oz pumpkin puree (make sure you don't use pumpkin pie filling- that has a lot of added sugar and other things);
1/4 cup granulated low carb sweetener;
1 tsp maple extract (or vanilla, if you'd prefer);
pumpkin pie spice;
3/4 cup heavy cream;
Another 1/4 cup granulated low carb sweetener;
2 tablespoons coconut flour.

Top it with some whipped cream too, you deserve it!
