The Council of Governors now says it was under pressure to sign for the Medical Equipment being provided by the national government and now want the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) to probe the controversial leasing deal.
In a letter written by COG chair Peter Munya, the governors are accusing the national government of failing to make available the main contract with contractors that are providing the equipment and other services during the leasing period in the Ksh 38 billion deal.
