Ingredients:
5 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
5 large cloves, thinly cut
1 dry scallion
11 Shrimps
2 Argentina pink shrimps
1 cup white wine
2 tbsp chopped Italian parsley
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp concentrated chicken broth
1/2 cup water
6 Clams
1 lemon juice
Linguine pasta
1/2 cup parmesan Reggiano
Crushed red pepper, to taste
Recipe:
1- Cook the linguine (read package directions). Set aside.
2- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the butter, and olive oil. After the butter is completely melted, add the garlic and the scallion. When cooked, add the shrimps until they turn pink and tender.
3- Add the lemon juice and the white wine. Add the parsley, the paprika, the salt & pepper, the chicken broth, the water. Add the clams and then let sit for 15 minutes. The clams will open up when ready. Stir every 5 minutes.
4- In the skillet, mix the linguine with the sauce. Stir. Add the parmesan. Stir. Add the crushed red pepper. Serve linguine garnish with parmesan.
