This might explain the reason so many clubs were inaccurately placed on this map shown in Welcome to Wrexham. I’m sure most of us have seen this map of English football clubs at least once.
As Kieran Doherty noted on Twitter, there is similarity but without the lines pointing to the ACTUAL locations. Definitely explains Everton, Cardiff and Swansea. But, I still don’t know how Leeds got further north than Newcastle.
