The Full Moon is a powerful time to release things that are no longer serving you and to let go of the things that are holding you back. That's what makes this healing guided meditation especially helpful if you are trying to manifest something and it just isn't happening. It will help you release all that which is no longer serving your higherself along with releasing all the things that are blocking you from moving forward into creating what you truly want to experience in life. It will help you let go, forgive, heal and surrender so that you may step forward into your true power.

JOURNAL TIME: Within the meditation, there are 15 minutes of journal time (I shortened this to 5 minutes) with just music to write down all that no longer serves you. Once the 5 minutes is up I take you on a journey to release it all, therefore, opening up space for what you do want along with positive spiritual and personal growth and abundance in all forms.

SPECIAL NOTE: You can participate with this guided meditation a day before the full moon, the day of the full moon or the day after the full moon … BUT IN ALL HONESTY … you can do this healing journey WHENEVER you are intuitively guided to release something from your life. You don't have to wait for the full moon to do this ... just do it!
