STUFFED CHICKEN WINGS
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Wings, deboned
STUFFING INGREDIENTS:
Ground pork
Glass noodle, Soaked & cut
Shiitake mushroom, Soaked & dice
Carrot, Shredded
Green onion, chopped
SEASONING INGREDIENTS:
Salt
Msg ( optional )
Oyster sauce
Seasoning soy sauce
Black pepper
Garlic powder
BREADING INGREDIENTS:
All-purpose flour
Panko bread crumbs
Eggs
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a separate bowl soak shiitake mushroom and glass noodle in warm water for 10 minutes.
2. Prepare wings by removing the bones.
3. After deboning the wings season with seasoning ingredients listed above and set aside.
4. Prepare stuffing ingredients by cutting glass noodle. Remove stems for mushroom and dice. Use a shredder to shred 1/2 of the carrot, and chop green onion.
5. In a medium bowl combine the stuffing ingredients add seasoning and mix well to incorporate.
6. Stuffed wings with stuffing mixtures.
7. Steam for 20 minutes at medium heat.
8. After 20 minutes remove wings and let cool completely or you can put it in the fridge.
9. BREADING:
Dust wings with flour, then dip into egg wash and then coat it with bread crumbs.
10. Deep fried for 6-7 minutes or until golden brown.
11. ENJOY! Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
