On the week-end it is quite nice to have yakiniku with the kids or with guests. I tried to make a thick sauce to dip the meat in. That one was quite nice, please try it out!

Ingredients (for 1 jam jar) :
- 30g garlic clove
- 40g banana
- 50g apple
- 25g fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp sugar

- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 50ml water
