It does not mean inequality but it is the difference in terms of culture, languages, regions, religions, beliefs, customs, races, etc.Unity in diversity even though we have different religions, etc. and we are different, we stand together as one, as Indians.Diversity in Unity-in spite of belonging to one country each state has its own language, custom, culture, etc.
