In the mid 1980s, as the cola wars between Coke and Pepsi continued to heat up, a newcomer called Jolt Cola hit the soda market. Jolt went against the grain, offering "All The Sugar And Twice The Caffeine" but, the public may not have been quite ready for what would later become known as America's original energy drink. Despite attempts to evolve, Jolt cola, Jolt energy and Jolt Energy Gum remain discontinued... at least for now. #joltcola #soda #energydrinks
