This video is for an easy understanding of section 10A of Companies Act, 2013 which is inserted in the recent amendment in Companies (Amendment) Act, 2019.
This section is similar to section 11 which was omitted by the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2015 dated 25th May 2015, having provisions of commencement of business.
In this situation of lockdown due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) govt. has given some relaxation for filing the forms like Form INC-20A, INC-22 etc. which are due in this lockdown period. No additional fees will be charged during the Moratorium period.
