The best advice I can give you Lisa is as women we are expected and we do multi task everything. For the first time in your life you should take a few days simply for yourself. Recruit some friends, neighbors, family to help out with your children and their responsibilities. And really take the time you need to focus on yourself. The first two to three days are going to be a little more difficult and as time goes on it does get easier. But have help, back up with the carpooling and all of that good stuff for about a week.
