My first cook using my new Gasmate Portofino 16" Pizza Oven.

Due to the lack of videos or reviews on YouTube for this pizza oven, I decided to make a little video for others who are considering this pizza oven.

I first got into REAL pizza a few years ago after coming across a Vito video. Ever since then I've been religiously watching pizza videos and bought a pizza steel last year.

But now I finally got myself a pizza oven that can get up to the proper heat.

I think my first 2 pizzas turned out quite well for my first attempt. Hope you enjoy the video. 😁
